Anybody know how to get DWA useage reports, such as who has used DWA and when?

There isn't a direct way offered by the product itself.
You can try looking at the license usage, which should give a fair idea provided your license file has DWA feature line.
(DWA can work with DOORS feature as well, so if you do not have explicit DWA features, you may ignore this suggestion).
